ISEEE Spring 2016 meeting to be held in Sarasota, Florida, April 3-5

by Michael Lipper

A distinguished group of international executives who have devoted their careers to securities markets will discuss among other topics three critical issues for the future development of markets globally:

  • The historical and future evolution of the competition and cooperation between for-profit stock exchanges and non-exchange markets.
  • How are Exchange Traded Funds and similar products changing the nature of institutional trading, retail investing, and future market development and regulation?
  • An Update on the changing MIFID required disclosures and their implications in terms of “soft dollars” which can affect asset gathering and investment policies.

ISEEE meetings are by invitation only to foster free and frank discussions at both the seminars and the informal events. As global markets often develop differently than US markets all may benefit from the discourse of the invited professionals.
