Summary of ISEEE 2013 Annual Meeting in Orlando

The International Stock Exchange Executives Emeriti, Inc. (ISEEE) held their seventh meeting in Orlando, Florida at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Hotel on April 7-10 which was attended by twenty-nine participants from twelve countries plus fifteen spouses and accompanying persons.

The comment by all was that it was the best ISEEE meeting, which is a common comment after an ISEEE meeting. A number of important actions were taken following Discussion Sessions each morning which included “The Challenge to Traditional Exchanges Worldwide—and the Opportunities” which included a presentation on “crowdfunding” as an example of funding for small and medium sized issuers. Summary of ISEEE Meeting in Madeira

The ISEEE held the first meeting outside the United States in Funchal, Madeira on September 20-26, 2012 which was hosted by Portinho Partners, Sergei V. Shevchuk, President, Infina Group of Moscow and Tomé Brazão, Madeira real estate developer.

The meeting was attended by ISEEE Members and Special Guests from Australia, Brazil, Hungary, Italy, Kazakhstan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States and included the Chairman and President of SNN Inc. the Stock News Network from Los Angeles, California who did news coverage, TV interviews and led Discussion Sessions. The President of Madeira, Dr. Alberto Joao Jardim also made a presentation following a Press Conference at the meeting.

Summary of ISEEE 2012 Annual Meeting

The International Stock Exchange Executives Emeriti, Inc. (ISEEE) held its fifth Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida on March 25th through the 28th. The meeting was attended by a record number of twenty-four ISEEE Members and Special Guests from fourteen countries including Austria, Australia, Canada, Egypt, Germany, Russia, Turkey, Peru, Israel, Luxembourg, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, Switzerland and the United States, each of whom have been or are currently officials of some fifty stock and derivative exchanges worldwide. Additionally, thirteen Accompanying Persons and five sponsors participated in the meeting. The Sponsors included: Internal Fixation Systems, Clean Wind Energy, gem (Global Emerging Markets), AlphaMetrix and Wall Street Strategic Capital, Inc., each of whom made excellent presentations at a dinner, luncheon or the Tuesday reception in Downtown Orlando.

ISEEE members have been involved in the ‘JOBS Bill’

ISEEE members have been involved in the New Capital Formation Legislation that the US Congress passed today. This is the legislation which David Weild, David Franasiak and other ISEEE Members have been involved.
